The village of Sikologos - Crete

Sikologos is a small mountain village in between Mirtos and Pefkos in the south of Crete. The village itself is situated on a high altitude but is is set on the foot of a hill. What attracts the attention to the village is the rather large yellow church (new) which is set on a nearby hill. The area around the village of Sikologos is very beautiful and green and there are many pretty churches closeby. Most of them will be closed but if you try you might find one opened, like we did.
