The distance to Sitia is approximately 27 kilometers and the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos is 45 kilometers away. Tourloti is located on a hill at 285 meters altitude between the villages of Myrsini and Sfaka and is one of the larger villages in this mountain area (Askordalia) and it overlooks the sea. In the village there are many white-painted houses with shrubs and trees, and there are pots of flowers and plants in the narrow streets. In Tourloti you will find a school, two mini-markets, a taverna, a kafenion and a post office.
